What is Functional Behavior Support?


The functional Behavior Support program is provided to participants with behaviors, including destructive, disruptive, and disturbing behaviors, which make it difficult for them to be active in their community or live at home. Our behavior specialists conduct strategies for adults with autism using Positive Behavior Support strategies and key principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.

How Does This Program Help?


  • Conduct detailed research on strategies and implementation.
  • Once strategies and implementation methods have been determined, our new behavior specialist will then teach new behavior through demonstration to the participants.
  • The behavior specialist will then continue to reinforce these new behaviors.
