I joined Behavioral and Cultural Development Solutions LLC., in 2016, as an intern. Prior to working for Behavioral and Cultural Development Solutions LLC., I worked as a direct care worker for a residential home for consumers with intellectual and developmental disabilities, at Barber National Institute. During my four- year tenure with Behavioral and Cultural Development Solutions LLC., I have been promoted from my intern position, to a direct care worker, to one of our program specialists, to ultimately becoming the program manager for BCDS. During these four years, I have completed my B.S. in Psychology at Saint Joseph’s University.
As a program manager, I have a multitude of responsibilities, including, facilitating intake and team meetings for the consumers and their team members, confirming that staff is cooperative and effective while providing goal- oriented services, ensuring that our consumers and their families are satisfied with the services that our agency provides, and providing analytical data for consumer retention. When I am not keeping busy at work, you can find me at my home in Philadelphia, writing poetry.
